As systems scale, conventional hoses get stiff and kink-prone. DC394 uses engineered channeled construction for low bending force, exceptional flexibility and strong kink resistance, with a one-to-one bend radius that outperforms alternatives. That means easier routing, faster maintenance, and better pressure drop.
It features a peroxide-cured EPDM tube and cover for fluid purity, 100 percent sulfur-free construction to reduce corrosion, and a 100 percent halogen-free, UL 94 V-0 rated cover for fire resistance.DC394 leads our new DataCryo line, unifying all DanfossDataCenter hoses.
Available in:
-Sizes -16 to -64 to support different system architectures and flow requirements.
-In blue or red laylines for simple identification of supply and return lines.
-A working pressure of 150 psi (10.5 bar) and operating temperature of -40°F to 284°F (-40°C to 140°C).
