This quick disconnect coupling is available in size 5mm and complies with OCP specification requirements. Danfoss BMQC offers a self-alignment feature to help connect in location with limited access or visibility and guarantees 100% helium-leak testing on every coupling.

The Universal Blind-Mate Quick Connector (BMQC) for data center applications is developed within the OCP (Open Compute Project) initiative, an initiative that has established a new global standard within the data center industry community for quick connect couplings. Its compact design, blind-mate functionality, and impressive tolerance for radial misalignment of +/- 5 mm, together with an angular misalignment tolerance of +/- 2.7°, it is the perfect fit for Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) setups in the data center segment.

Danfoss has long experience in quick coupling technology for thermal management, and our expertise has made us one of the contributors to the Open Compute Project (OCP) – a collaborative community developing interchangeable quick coupling solutions for liquid cooling systems.

The OCP BMQC obtains the same great features as the OCP UQDB. Still, instead of +/- 1 mm misalignment tolerance, the OCP BMQC has an extra high tolerance of +/- 5 mm radial misalignment and +/- 2,7° angular misalignment.

盲配阀 BMQC

Blind Mate Valves (BMQC)

Overview

This blind mate valve design consists of a (1) socket valve and a (2) plug valve The socket threads intothe manifold and features a threaded stud and an 0-ring. The plug installs through a hole in a sheetmetal panel from the inside out at the rear of the lT chassis and is fixed in place with a panel nut. Notethat the valve will ship with dust covers on both ends of each valve.

The valve pair can accommodate radial misalignment as well as combination of radial and angularmisalignment within a defined zone. The socket valve features a cone to gather and align the pair asthey connect.
